These terms govern your use of novelonlineservice.com and the services offered through it. By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

novel online service is an authorised channel partner / reseller of the CCA-licensed Certifying Authorities Care4Sign and eMudhra. Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) are issued by the respective Certifying Authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules of the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Government of India — not by us. We facilitate your application, verification and delivery.

2. Services

• Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates (Individual, Organisation, Signature + Encryption), DGFT DSCs, Document Signer certificates, PKI tokens, HSMs and SSL certificates.
• Issuance is subject to successful verification by the Certifying Authority, including Aadhaar/PAN eKYC and mandatory video verification. We cannot guarantee issuance where verification fails or documents are found deficient.
• Certificate validity is 1 or 2 years as selected; renewals are a fresh issuance under CCA rules.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices, exclusive of USB token cost and GST, and may change without notice. The final amount is confirmed before payment.
• Payment terms and available modes are communicated at the time of application. Certificates and tokens are delivered after realisation of payment.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide true, accurate and complete information and genuine documents. Submitting false information for a DSC is an offence under the IT Act.
• Keep your USB token and certificate PIN secure. A digital signature made with your certificate is legally attributable to you.
• Complete the CA's verification steps (eKYC, video) promptly; applications lapse if verification is not completed within the CA's window.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a certificate purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that certificate. We are not liable for losses arising from CA decisions (rejection, revocation, suspension), portal downtime of government or CA systems, courier delays, or misuse of your token or PIN. Certifying Authority warranties and relying-party terms are as published by the respective CA and the CCA.

6. Intellectual property & acceptable use

Content on this website belongs to us or is used with permission; brand names of Certifying Authorities and government bodies belong to their respective owners. You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to submit fraudulent applications.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
